By the end of the\ncourse participants will have gained the skills and experience to apply Results\nBased Monitoring and Evaluation in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is aimed at managers and staff who are\nactively involved in M&amp;E within their organisations.&nbsp; Participants\nwill be able to meet, online, people from around the world who are also\nactively engaged in M&amp;E and have the opportunity to work together and\nexchange experience and ideas.&nbsp; Participants will receive online tuition,\ntechnical support for using the online system, and a Toolkit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n<strong>How the course is delivered<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is delivered in five 2 hour online\nsessions spread over a five week period.&nbsp; All participants need is a PC,\nspeaker\/headphone and a broadband connection. Participants have the opportunity\nto follow up each session with relevant in-work exercises. Once participants\ncomplete an exercise they can send it to the trainer and she\/he will respond\nwith brief comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n<strong>Certification<\/strong><br>\n<br>\nParticipants who complete the course and two or more of the five exercises will\nreceive a Completion Certificate.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost for the five sessions is \u00a3200 (US$ 320)\nper terminal; any number of people can view the course but only one person from\neach terminal is eligible to receive a Completion Certificate (if they have\ncompleted a minimum of two exercises).&nbsp; For additional participants using\nthe same terminal who would like to gain a Completion Certificate there will be\nan extra charge of \u00a345 per person to cover the administration cost.&nbsp; For\nbookings of more than 3 terminals there is a 20% reduction in cost for each\nterminal.
